The “Annual Reviews of Labour Relations and Social Dialogue” provide a yearly analysis of important developments in the field of Labour Relations for 16 countries of Central Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe. Important data about collective bargaining system, system of tripartite social dialogue, social indicators, national trade unions and employers’ organizations for each country are gathered in the respective annex. For 2016, some of the dominant topics in the region are the raise of wages, including minimum wages, an increase in precarious working conditions, (qualified) labour shortage in the Baltics and the V4 countries, as well as dissatisfaction in most countries about the state of tripartite social dialogue.
