The “Annual Reviews of Labour Relations and Social Dialogue” provide a yearly analysis of notable developments in the wider field of labour relations for 19 countries of Central Eastern and Southeast Europe plus Turkey. Important data about collective bargaining, the system of (tripartite) social dialogue, social and economic indicators as well as numbers of national trade unions and employers’ organizations for each country are gathered in the respective annexes.
For 2017, some of the dominant topics in the region were the shortage of qualified workers, an increase in precarious working conditions, as well as widespread dissatisfaction in most countries about the state of tripartite social dialogue.
