REINER HOFFMANN, born in 1955, is President of the German Trade Union Confederation and chair of the executive board of the Hans Böckler Foundation.
CHRISTINA SCHILDMANN, born in 1973, is head of the scientific secretariat of the Commission on the Work of the Future. She is a specialist in labour market policy, (gender-neutral) digitalisation, care work and family policy.
