With the aim of strengthening the trade union movement and creating better economic, social and legal framework for life and work of their members,

REGIONAL TRADE UNION COUNCIL "SOLIDARITY" (RSS "SOLIDARNOST"), composed of: Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SSSBH), Confederation of Trade Unions of Montenegro (SSCG), Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro (USSCG), Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (SSSH), Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Macedonia (KSS), Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia (SSM), Association of Free Trade Unions of Slovenia (ZSSS), Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia (SSSS), United Branch Trade Unions "Independence" (UGS "Nezavisnost"), Confederation ofTrade Unions of the Srpska Republic (SSRS)

and

CFDT (French Democratic Confederation of Labour)

hereinafter referred to as: Signatories, conclude the AGREEMENT on mutual cooperation
